Eligibility

Entrants under 18 must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

A winner will be chosen by random draw of entrees with the correct answers to the Quiz. This will be conducted by a computer process within two weeks of the prize draw ending.

The winner will be notified by email if they have won the prize. If the winner does not respond to the FairCharge campaign within 7 days of being notified, then the prize will be forfeited and the campaign will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The FairCharge campaign reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the campaign’s control makes it necessary to do so.
Limitation of liability

The FairCharge campaign, will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of FairCharge, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
Data protection and publicity

We take your privacy and data security seriously and our privacy policy reflects this. This privacy policy explains how we use the data we collect from you when you sign up as a FairCharge supporter or write to your MP using our contact form. By providing your data to us, you are consenting to Tendo Consulting, as the data holders making contact with you by mail, email, telephone, text and through our website. As data holders we share our data with our data processors Prater Raines and Wix, who host our website platforms, and MailMunch and MailChimp, the platform we use to send emails.

The right to be informed – When your personal data is processed, we will tell you by whom, what data, how it is processed, where it is stored, why it is processed and when it will be deleted
The right of access – You can access your data at any time by contacting us
The right to rectification – You can request that we correct your information at any time by contacting us
The right to erasure – You can request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us
The right to restrict processing – Where you are challenging the accuracy of data we hold, our right to process that data, or the way in which we process your data, we will stop processing that data at your request whilst we determine the correct actions going forward
The right to data portability – We will supply you with copies of your information in a machine readable format where requested
The right to object – You can object to us processing your information at any time by contacting us
To lodge a complain about our data protection if you feel we have mishandled your data or not fulfilled our legal obligation then make a complaint
How do you use my information and why?
Your personal data processed by us, is stored by Prater Raines (who provide our email your MP website), by Wix (who provide our corporate website), Fyrebox (who host our quiz function) and by MailChimp (who provide the email marketing service we use). Prater Raines process data in the UK, while MailChimp, Fyrebox, and Wix data is processed outside of the European Economic Area.
As MailChimp and Wix data may be processed in a country or territory without an adequacy decision, we have obtained model contract clauses or have confirmed that the sub-processor is covered by the Privacy Shield agreement.
How long do we hold the information?
We hold this data indefinitely so we can inform you of campaign updates and other campaigns that we believe may be of interest to you.
Can I access my information?
Yes. It is your right to be able to request a copy of the information we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us using the details listed beneath. We will reply to any data information requests within 30 days.
